On November 1, 2010, Betenbough Homes became the first home builder in the Southwest to commit to certifying 100 percent of homes as green through the National Association of Home Builders' (NAHB) Research Center's National Green Building Certification Program. Throughout the construction process, every Betenbough home will receive multiple inspections, including two conducted by a NAHB Research Center accredited verifier, to ensure that each home is built to the rigorous criteria of the National Green Building Standard.
