Contact us to set up an appointment with a new home sales representative. They will help you choose the home of your dreams in one of our neighborhoods in West Texas.
Once you’ve toured homes and our communities, you’ll select your homesite, floor plan, and sign your agreement. Your new home specialist will go over your agreement, provide details on the property, and help connect you with one of our preferred lenders.
In an effort to save money and ensure world-class service for our home buyers, Betenbough Homes has established exclusive partnerships with a select group of West Texas mortgage lenders, known as Betenbough Homes preferred lenders. Although, we do not offer in-house financing, we are certain financing your home will be made easy through the efforts of these top-notch representatives.
On this day, you’ll select interior and exterior options, such as colors for brick, granite and tile for your new home. See options available for your home >>
During your pre-construction meeting, your new home sales representative will review architect drawings of your home and go over the upcoming stages of your home's construction.
At this meeting, your experience specialist will walk you through your home's frame and explain some of your home's features, such as the Engineered Framing System.
As your home nears completion, your personal closing specialist will contact you to set a closing date.
A final opportunity to review your home's features and warranties, the orientation occurs within one week of closing and is mandatory for all Betenbough home buyers. Your experience specialist will also discuss things you should do to maintain your home after you move in.
It's time to approve and sign all closing documents, legally transferring ownership of the home to your name. Closing on your home will take around one hour. Once complete, you will receive the keys to your new home!
A member of our warranty team will be in contact with you after closing to proactively schedule your 30-Day Homeowner Appointment. You will also have an 11-Month Homeowner Appointment once you have been in the home for 11 months. Learn more about our warranties.
