Our goal is to provide you with all of the information and insight that you need, so that buying a home with Betenbough Homes is an enjoyable, stress-free experience.
Betenbough Homes is focused on constructing more home for less money. Construction delays often occur when basements and second stories are added to homes, so Betenbough Homes does not offer any homes with basements or a second level.
As a systems builder, we do not customize floor plans. However, we do offer several options that will allow you to add personal style to your home while keeping affordable costs.
While Betenbough Homes does not finance loans in-house, we work with local, preferred loan officers that will walk you through the loan process while providing excellent customer service. To learn more about the lending process, click here.
Since we do not finance loans, closing costs and down payment information must be obtained through your lender. Your closing costs include: loan processing fees, taxes, home insurance payments, etc. Your down payment will depend on the cost of your home and the terms of the loan you qualify for. Contact us to connect with one of our preferred loan officers.
You will need to bring your driver’s license and a cashier’s check for any down payment /closing costs your lender requests at closing.
Your closing will take place at your local Betenbough Homes New Home Center. Please contact your new home specialist for details.

We have developed a construction checklist and have adopted an even-flow system, which allows us to build you the highest quality home in an efficient manner, at the most affordable price. We also offer quick-move in homes, that are available on a first-come basis.
