When a Realtor has a Buyer interested in either purchasing one of our houses for sale or building one of our brand-new Betenbough homes in Lubbock, a real estate commission will be guaranteed in accordance with the following registration policies:

1. Lubbock Realtor must accompany his/her Buyer on their first visit to our Betenbough New Home Center or sales office, introduce him/her to a Betenbough Homes representative and complete the Client Registration/Broker Protection form.
   
   
2. Buyer must complete a Purchase/Construction Agreement and all other related documents provided by Betenbough Homes and the sale must be closed and funded.

Betenbough Homes will pay three percent (3%) of the agreement price to the sponsoring Broker upon closing and funding of the sale. If bonuses or other matters affecting commission are relevant, these items will be disclosed to the Lubbock Realtor at the time the Realtor registers the Buyer.

Betenbough Homes will guarantee commissions to Brokers or Realtors in Lubbock who are the procuring cause of a sale. Realtors must fulfill the requirements set forth above. In the event the Buyer visits Betenbough Homes Monterey Model Homes or sales office on his/her own, or a Lubbock Realtor or Lubbock real estate broker  is working with a Buyer and does not accompany him/her on the first visit, the Realtor or Broker shall not be considered the procuring cause of the sale and shall not be eligible for a professional service fee in accordance with the Guaranteed Lubbock REALTOR^® Commission Program^SM.
