When a Realtor has a Buyer interested in either purchasing one of our houses for sale or building one of our brand-new Betenbough homes in Lubbock, a real estate commission will be guaranteed in accordance with the following registration policies:
- Lubbock Realtor must accompany his/her Buyer on their first visit to our Betenbough New Home Center or sales office, introduce him/her to a Betenbough Homes representative and complete the Client Registration/Broker Protection form.
- Buyer must complete a Purchase/Construction Agreement and all other related documents provided by Betenbough Homes and the sale must be closed and funded.
Betenbough Homes will pay three percent (3%) of the agreement price to the sponsoring Broker
upon closing and funding of the sale. If bonuses or other matters affecting commission are relevant, these items will be disclosed to the Lubbock Realtor at the time the Realtor registers the Buyer.
