All Betenbough homeowners are required to attend a homeowner orientation meeting before closing on their home can occur. The purpose of the homeowner orientation is to review and demonstrate the features of your home, discuss proper maintenance and review all home warranties. This meeting normally occurs one day before closing and lasts approximately one hour.

Closing on your home is the process of approving and signing closing documents, legally transferring ownership of the home to your name! Closing meetings are scheduled by a Betenbough Closing Team representative approximately three weeks prior to your closing or completed construction date.
