That's why we provide every new home buyer with a comprehensive two-year warranty, guaranteeing the parts and labor on everything in their new home. Is it covered?
Our two-year new home warranty covers everything installed in our homes, excluding defects from neglect, improper maintenance, or abuse. All materials and workmanship, plus the heating, air conditioning, electrical, and plumbing systems in every Betenbough home are warrantied for two years from the time of closing. Additionally, many of our suppliers offer extended warranties on items such as doorknobs and locks, shingles, fireplaces, garage doors, and more!

Betenbough Homes also partners with 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty, an industry-leading third-party company, to offer a ten-year structural warranty to address major structural components such as the home's foundation, roof framing, and load-bearing walls. 

How do I submit a warranty request?
Despite our very best efforts, we acknowledge there may be defects homeowners uncover after moving into their new home. We have local teams in Amarillo, Lubbock, Midland, and Odessa committed to going above and beyond to serve our homeowners in these instances. 

Warranty requests can be submitted through our website, or by calling the local warranty team phone number. From there, an appointment is scheduled for our team to come assess the issue and determine next steps. Assuming the issue is covered under our comprehensive warranty, our team or a Betenbough Homes trade partner will tend to the repair as quickly as possible.
