Every new home buyer will enjoy a Welcome Home Orientation with their Experience Specialist prior to closing for a final walkthrough to ensure expectations have been met. Here, you'll also review basic homeowner maintenance items and receive our new home warranty guide.

Closing Day

Congratulations, you're ready to get the keys to your new home! We partner with Impact Title to provide a streamlined, in-house closing process where you'll finalize your purchase and officially take over as a homeowner.

Homeownership will become official on this day! Your closing specialist will walk you through each document and make sure that all signatures are accounted for. Closing on your home will take around one hour.
