Does Betenbough Homes build two-story houses or basements?

Betenbough Homes is focused on constructing the highest quality home, for the most affordable price in a timely manner. Construction delays often occur when basements and second stories are added to homes, so Betenbough Homes does not currently offer any homes with basements or a second level.

What will my closing costs be?

Since we do not finance loans, closing costs must be obtained through your lender.

What do I need to bring to closing?

You'll need to bring your driver’s license and a cashier’s check to your closing.

Where will my closing take place?

Your closing will take place at your local Betenbough Homes New Home Center.

We have developed a construction checklist and have adopted an even flow system, which allows us to build you the highest quality home in an efficient manner, at the most affordable price.

Why does Betenbough Homes build 24” on center versus 16”

Building with this method allows for less waste and less strain on the environment. Our Engineered Framing System uses less wood and is built with precise cuts. This method also allows homes to have more insulation, which results in better maintained temperatures in the home. Homeowners, in turn, benefit from energy savings. Betenbough homes' roof trusses are also set two feet apart. Since our wall panels are also built two feet apart, this eliminates pressure on walls and allows weight from the roof to be carried down to the foundation.
