5. Pre-Construction Meeting
During your pre-construction meeting, your new home specialist will review architect drawings of your home and go over the upcoming stages of your home's construction.
7. Closing Date Set
As your home nears completion, your experience specialist will set your closing date.
9. Closing Day
It's time to approve and sign all closing documents, legally transferring ownership of the home to your name. Closing on your home will take around one hour. Once complete, you will receive the keys to your new home!
