Once you’ve toured homes and our communities, you’ll select a floor plan and sign your agreement. Your new home specialist will go over your agreement and provide details on the property.

During your pre-construction meeting, your new home sales representative will review architect drawings of your home and go over the upcoming stages of your home's construction.
