- Stay on Top of Key Dates & Events: Your Design Meeting, Frame Tour, Welcome Home Celebration, and Closing Day should be easy to find and easy to prepare for. With your event schedule in one place, you’ll always know what’s ahead.
- Complete Important Action Items: From uploading documents to preparing for closing day, your checklist guides you through everything that needs to be done. No guesswork — just simple, clear steps.
- Message Your Team in Real Time: Have a question? Need an update? Your Experience Specialist is just a message away. The app keeps communication simple and organized, so nothing gets lost in your inbox.
How to Get Started
Once your new home agreement is complete (meaning your agreement is signed, your construction deposit is received, and your pre-approval letter is submitted) you’ll receive an email inviting you to join the app.
Watch for:
- Email From: Betenbough Homes
- Subject Line: Your Betenbough Homes Invitation
Inside that email, click “Get Started,” set your password, and you’re in! Your email address will be your username, and your password must include eight characters and a mix of letters, numbers, or special characters.
A Quick Note About Updates
Your app refreshes once every night, which means updates don’t appear instantly. If you don’t see something right away, don’t worry — your home’s progress will be up to date by the next morning.
Prefer a Browser? You Still Have Options
Even if you don’t download the Home Buyer App, you can still access your portal anytime at: myhome.betenbough.com. You’ll continue receiving email updates about your home as well.
