Not all Betenbough homes are listed on the MLS, and availability can vary by region. Some markets have more MLS-listed homes than others based on inventory and timing. Realtors are always welcome to bring buyers to view any of our homes, whether they’re listed on the MLS or not. Realtors in Amarillo earn 1% commission on all homes, with up to 2% commission on homes that are listed on the MLS. Our team is happy to help you identify current MLS listings in your area and guide you to additional available homes that may be a great fit for your buyer.
Yes! Realtors are always welcome to attend appointments and home tours with their clients. Our Amarillo teams work collaboratively with agents to ensure a smooth, well-supported experience from the first showing through closing.
