Let's kick off the new year by recapping our most popular floor plans of 2023! These five ladies make up over 400 of the new homes we had the privilege of building for West Texas families over the last year. The Mia

First, meet the Mia floor plan was introduced in late 2022. She quickly emerged as a bestseller in Amarillo, Lubbock, Midland, and Odessa! The Mia spans 1,700 square feet, featuring four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a two-car garage. She's perfect for growing families who need extra space. The Mia's secluded master suite includes a large walk-in closet and a double vanity in the private bathroom. 

The Pamela

Next up is the Pamela. She's 1,600 square feet with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a two-car garage. Pamela greets you with a brick exterior, three cedar columns, and a double dormer window. This floor plan features three additional storage closets to help homeowners stay organized, a spacious kitchen island, and covered front and back patios.

The Paisley

Next, sister to the Mia, our Paisley floor plan boasts a beautiful brick exterior with cedar columns and a large front entryway. The Paisley features a designated dining space, two additional storage closets, and a drop zone off the two-car garage. Families living in our Paisley plan will appreciate the home's strategically placed windows offering abundant natural light. The covered back patio is perfect for enjoying the beautiful West Texas sunsets.

The Victoria

You must meet our Victoria, a floor plan that was dreamed up in the summer of 2022 when the need for affordable new homes seemed to be at an all-time high! Our Victoria cottage is 1,010 square feet of charm featuring two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a one-car garage. The Victoria is our most affordable floor plan in Amarillo, Lubbock, Midland, and Odessa. She offers first-time home buyers the opportunity to invest in their futures and begin building personal equity!

The Tiffany

We can't forget our tried-and-true Tiffany plan! She's been around since 2017 and remains one of the most popular floor plans with Betenbough home buyers. The Tiffany is 1,450 square feet with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a two-car garage. This is an open-concept floor plan featuring a secluded master suite with a large walk-in closet, a spacious kitchen island, and covered front and back patios.
