How UTour Works

Getting started is simple, and it only takes a few minutes.

Choose a Home

Browse available UTour homes on our website and select the one you’d like to tour. Each participating home will be clearly marked as UTour-enabled.

Pick Your Time

Select a date and time that fits your schedule. UTours are available during designated hours so you can plan confidently.

Get Your Entry Code

Once you confirm your tour, you’ll receive a secure entry code via text or email. When you arrive, enter the code to unlock the front door and step inside.

That’s it, no sales appointment required!

Tour at Your Own Pace

With UTour, you’re in control of the experience.

Take your time walking through the home, explore every room, imagine your furniture in the space, and revisit favorite features without feeling rushed.
