Since opening our doors in Odessa back in 2007, our mission has been to make homeownership possible by offering high-quality, affordable new homes. We're a cost-plus builder, meaning we never set the prices of our homes based on what the market is willing to pay. Instead, we establish a reasonable margin, adding that to our hard costs (without including overhead). This means home prices only increase when our costs increase; it also means that we lower prices when our costs go down, and we've done that many times over the last thirty years. That alone sets us apart from every other new home builder in the area.
From our very first foundation poured to our latest move-in ready home completed, every step has been guided by a commitment to serving families and building community.
