Cottage

They range from 1,000-1,250 square feet with two or three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Our cottages also offer the lowest starting prices for new homes in Amarillo, Lubbock, Midland, and Odessa!

Our cottage plans are designed to give you more space and privacy than an apartment for nearly the same price! You'll enjoy a fenced-in backyard and a one-car garage, not to mention community amenities like parks and walking trails. Each Betenbough Home also comes with the benefit of a two-year comprehensive warranty to cover parts and labor on everything in your home! Comfort/Classic

Next up are our comfort and classic homes. These collections of homes are perfect for growing families in need of additional space! Comfort plans range from 1,350-1,700 square feet with three or four bedrooms and two bathrooms. Our comfort kitchens boast brand-new appliances, plenty of counter space, and large pantries. These floor plans also feature designated dining spaces, walk-in closets, and covered front and back patios. Classic plans are similar, ranging from 1,650-2,050 square feet, and include a cozy brick fireplace and additional storage closets. Comfort and classic homes are a great choice for first-time and move-up buyers alike!

Grand/Signature

Our grand and signature homes are our largest and most luxurious floor plans. Grand homes range from 2,350-2,525 square feet with four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a two-car garage. These open-concept homes feature 10-foot ceilings and expansive windows for abundant natural light. The spacious kitchen with double ovens and master suite with his and her vanities and garden tubs are just a few of the elements that make these homes truly "grand"!

Signature Series homes are 2,660 square feet and also feature four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a two-car garage. This style includes vaulted ceilings with exposed wood beams, a large kitchen complete with a butler's pantry, built-in desk space, and an interior brick bonus room.
